At ZiCON Cloud, we strive to ensure that all our customers have a transparent, secure, and satisfactory experience with our digital services.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through our platform.

1. General Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and service fees paid to ZiCON Cloud are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

Because ZiCON Cloud provides intangible digital services (such as AI tools, cloud computing, and blockchain-based features), refunds are generally not possible once services have been provisioned, activated, or used.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a billing error.

b. Technical Failure on Our End

If a service you purchased was not delivered or activated due to a verified system error caused by ZiCON Cloud and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

c. Service Unavailability

If a purchased service is permanently discontinued or becomes unavailable due to factors solely attributable to ZiCON Cloud, and you have not yet used the service.

d. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transaction

If your payment was made without your authorization and verified through our payment processor and investigation process.

If any of the above conditions are met, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on usage and circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after service activation.
  • Misunderstanding of service functionality.
  • Partial use of a subscription period or service credits.
  • Interruption or downtime caused by third-party tools or user actions.
  • Breach of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Services involving blockchain transactions, tokenization, or irreversible AI computations.
  • Once the digital service or API access has been initiated, consumed, or deployed, it becomes non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our Billing Support Team within 7 days of your purchase at:

Please include the following details:

- Full Name

- Email Address used for purchase

- Transaction or Order ID

- Date of Purchase

- Reason for refund request

- Any relevant screenshots or evidence


Once received, our finance department will review your request within 5–10 business days and inform you of the decision via email.


Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Subscription Cancellations

If you hold a subscription-based plan (e.g., monthly or annual), you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.


However, cancellation stops future renewals, not current active billing cycles. Fees for the ongoing period are non-refundable, even if the service is unused.


6. Promotional or Discounted Offers

Payments made for services purchased under promotional pricing, free trials, or limited-time discounts are not eligible for refunds. Such offers are final and non-transferable.


7. Third-Party Payments and Integrations

If you made a payment through a third-party platform or reseller, your refund request must comply with that platform’s refund policies (e.g., PayFast, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Apple, or Google). ZiCON Cloud is not responsible for processing refunds for payments made outside our direct billing system.


8. Service Credits

In certain cases, instead of a cash refund, ZiCON Cloud may issue service credits for future use on our platform.

Credits:

  • Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Apply only to eligible ZiCON Cloud services.


9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may contact our Legal or Compliance Department at admin@ziconcloud.me.

All disputes are subject to the laws of Pakistan, and the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The latest version will always be available at:
